1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering an account with, or placing any wager on kx777 (hereafter referred to as "the Platform," "the Service," "kx777," "we," "us," or "our"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (hereafter referred to as "the Terms," "this Agreement," or "these Terms"), as well as our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any other rules, policies, or guidelines published on the Platform.

Any person who provides false information regarding their age, identity, or eligibility will have their account permanently closed, all wagers voided, and all funds confiscated. kx777 will not refund deposits made by underage users or users who misrepresent their eligibility.

2.2 Geographic Restrictions

By registering an account, you confirm that you are physically located in Bangladesh at the time of registration and at the time of placing any wager. Access to kx777 from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by law is strictly forbidden. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with all applicable local, regional, and national laws in your jurisdiction.

2.3 Account Registration Requirements

To register an account with kx777, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and mobile phone number. You may not register an account using false, misleading, or inaccurate information. Any account found to contain false information will be closed immediately.

Each person is permitted to register and maintain only one (1) account on kx777. Duplicate accounts, multiple accounts registered by the same person, and accounts opened for the purpose of abusing promotions or circumventing account restrictions are strictly prohibited. kx777 employs sophisticated fraud detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. If multiple accounts are detected, all accounts will be closed, all wagers voided, and all funds forfeited.

2.4 Account Verification

kx777 is required by law and industry best practices to verify the identity of all account holders. You will be required to submit identification documents including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID (national ID card, passport, or driver's license), proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within the last three months), and proof of payment method ownership. Account verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed. kx777 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time for anti-money laundering compliance purposes.

3. Deposits and Payment Methods

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

kx777 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and other approved bank transfer methods. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Maximum deposit limits may vary by payment method and account tier. kx777 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — your payment method must be registered in your own name, matching the name on your kx777 account.

3.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are generally credited to your kx777 account within seconds of successful transaction completion. Bank transfer deposits may take up to four (4) business hours to be credited. kx777 does not charge transaction fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own fees, for which kx777 accepts no responsibility. In the event of a failed deposit where funds leave your payment account but do not appear in your kx777 balance, you must contact our support team within 48 hours with your transaction reference number.

3.3 Deposit Limits

Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits apply to all accounts. Default limits are set at account creation; you may request lower limits at any time by contacting customer support. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to account verification status and responsible gaming assessment. kx777 may impose deposit limits on any account at its sole discretion as part of its responsible gaming obligations.

4. Withdrawals

4.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

To be eligible for withdrawal, you must have completed account verification, met any applicable bonus wagering requirements, and wagered your deposit amount at least once. Withdrawal requests from accounts with pending verification or outstanding responsible gaming concerns will be placed on hold until such matters are resolved.

4.2 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed within twenty-four (24) to forty-eight (48) hours following submission, subject to verification checks. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Cash funds in your account are not restricted by bonus wagering requirements unless specifically stated otherwise in the applicable bonus terms.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

Wagers placed on certain game types, including but not limited to low-margin bets, arbitrage combinations, and games with a return-to-player (RTP) above 97%, may not count toward wagering requirements or may count at a reduced rate.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

kx777 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once; placing low-risk or mathematically certain bets to clear wagering requirements; coordinating with other players to exploit promotions; using automated software to place bets while clearing bonuses; and making withdrawals immediately after meeting minimum wagering requirements on a consistent basis without genuine gaming activity. Any account suspected of bonus abuse will have bonuses and associated winnings voided and may be permanently suspended.

6. Betting Rules

6.1 Placement and Confirmation of Bets

A bet is not confirmed until you receive a clear confirmation message from kx777 displaying your bet reference number, selected event, stake amount, and potential return. If you do not receive a confirmation message, your bet has not been successfully placed and no funds will be deducted. kx777 accepts no responsibility for bets not placed due to internet connection failures, device malfunctions, or platform maintenance periods.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum bet amounts vary by sport, event, and market. Maximum bet amounts may be imposed on any market at kx777's discretion and may differ between players based on account history, verification status, and betting patterns. kx777 reserves the right to limit the maximum winnings on any single bet or event to protect the Platform against exceptional risk. Where maximum win limits apply, these will be displayed in the relevant betting market.

6.3 Void Bets and Cancellations

kx777 reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds resulting from a technical error, manifest error, or pricing mistake. Bets may also be voided where the underlying event is cancelled, abandoned, or rescheduled beyond the applicable settlement period; where event outcomes are determined to have been influenced by corrupt or fraudulent activity; or where bets were placed in violation of these Terms. In the event of a void bet, your original stake will be returned to your account balance.

6.4 Cricket Betting Rules

Cricket betting on kx777 covers all major formats including Test matches, One Day Internationals (ODIs), T20 matches, IPL, BPL, and other domestic and international tournaments. For a cricket match bet to be valid, the match must be completed in its entirety unless the match result has already been determined before abandonment. Rain-affected matches that produce a valid Duckworth-Lewis result are settled according to the official result. Specific market rules for cricket, including player performance markets, innings runs, and method of dismissal, are detailed in the sport-specific rules section of the Platform.

7. Account Security and Responsibility

7.1 Password and Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your kx777 account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your account credentials with any other person. kx777 will never ask for your password via email, phone, or live chat. If you believe your account has been compromised, you must contact our customer support team immediately and change your password without delay. kx777 accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to maintain adequate security of your login credentials.

7.2 Prohibited Activities

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising from the use of kx777 or the interpretation of these Terms, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting our customer support team at [email protected]. kx777 will endeavour to resolve all disputes within fourteen (14) business days of receipt of a formal written complaint. If informal resolution is unsuccessful, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.

13. Termination

kx777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without notice, if you breach any provision of these Terms, engage in fraudulent or abusive behaviour, or if we are required to do so by applicable law or regulatory requirement. Upon termination, any real-money balance remaining in your account (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification or investigation procedures.
